Greek yogurts. Go get them... now!
Going Greek is in, and this exotic option has elbowed its way onto refrigerator shelves everywhere.
In roughly the same amount of calories as regular yogurts, the Greek ones can can pack up to double the protein, while cutting sugar content by half. (Make sure to read the nutrition facts before because some greek yogurts still contain a lot of sugar)
Also, Greek yogurts are packed with calcium, and probiotics -- "good" bacteria that can help with digestion and boost immunity -- and it tastes like a treat. So go get your greek on now ! ;)
